Back in February, I started posting quick links for subscribers (including free subscribers!). That went so well that I thought I’d start another new subscriber-only feature, writing about the latest updates in the ongoing legal dramas. At inconsistent and random intervals, I’m going to cover the latest updates in both the Keller and WP Engine cases against Automattic and Matt Mullenweg.
This first post will be a bit longer, as I add some light background to the cases and their recent history.
